Clients must have appropriate insurance. Clients must ensure vessels meet safety and regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise. Payments are due as agreed, with possible deposits required. Late payments may incur penalties. Governed by Florida law, default in payment will be resolved through legal action.
