TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Yopp’s Marine provides marine services, including vessel maintenance and repairs. We exercise due care but are not responsible for damages due to unforeseen events or third-party actions. Clients must have appropriate insurance. Clients must ensure vessels meet safety and regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise. Payments are due as agreed, with possible deposits required. Late payments may incur penalties. Governed by Florida law, default in payment will be resolved through legal action.

 

At Yopp’s Marine, we proudly perform warranty service work for many manufacturers and equipment dealers. While we are an authorized servicing dealer for select brands, each manufacturer sets its own approved warranty labor reimbursement rate.

Please note the following:

  • Warranty labor claims are reimbursed at the rate established by the manufacturer or supplying dealer.

  • In many cases, the manufacturer’s approved warranty labor rate is lower than Yopp’s Marine’s standard retail labor rate.

  • The customer is responsible for payment of any difference between the manufacturer’s approved warranty labor reimbursement and Yopp’s Marine’s current standard labor rate.

  • The customer is also responsible for any non-covered diagnostics, additional labor, travel time, or repairs not approved under the warranty claim.

We will always communicate any expected out-of-pocket costs prior to beginning warranty-related repairs whenever possible. By authorizing warranty service with Yopp’s Marine, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
